DW605 Smart pointer differential pressure transmitter

The DW605 series intelligent differential pressure gauge utilizes advanced spiral magnetic coupling technology and a silicone diaphragm as its sensitive element. Combined with a built-in high-precision pressure sensor and signal processing circuit board, it forms an elastic differential pressure instrument that possesses both mechanical pointer indication and standard electrical signal output functions. When air pressure (positive, negative, or differential pressure) acts on two pressure chambers isolated by the diaphragm, the diaphragm undergoes deformation. On one hand, this deformation pushes the leaf spring equipped with magnetic steel, driving the spiral shaft to rotate through frictionless magnetic coupling, and thus driving the pointer to visually indicate the differential pressure reading on a clear 4-inch dial. On the other hand, the integrated high-stability sensor simultaneously and accurately captures the diaphragm deformation, and the built-in circuit board converts this physical signal into a standard industrial electrical signal (such as 4-20mA) for real-time output.
