DWPH is a medium-isolated high-stability pressure sensing element. The product utilizes a highly stable monocrystalline silicon chip, encapsulated within a 316L stainless steel structure with an outer diameter of 19mm. The measured pressure is transmitted to the pressure sensing chip through an isolation diaphragm and internal medium, achieving precise conversion from pressure to electrical signals. The sensing element can be filled with silicone oil or fluorinated oil, making it suitable for gauge pressure, negative pressure, and absolute pressure measurements of gases, liquids, and other media.
Product Overview
DWPH is a medium-isolated pressure-sensitive component. The product utilizes a highly stable monocrystalline silicon chip, encapsulated within a 316L stainless steel structure with an outer diameter of 19mm.
