
The DWPHM high-precision pressure module is a dielectric isolation type high-precision pressure transmitter module. It utilizes a high-stability monocrystalline silicon chip and is encapsulated in a 316L stainless steel structure with an outer diameter of 19mm. The measured pressure is transmitted to the chip through an isolation diaphragm and internal medium, achieving precise conversion from pressure to electrical signals. With an integrated transmitter output design, it can directly output standard electrical signals such as 4~20mA, 0~10V, or RS485, achieving an accuracy of up to 0.075%F.S, surpassing the standards of conventional industrial-grade sensors. It features temperature compensation and eliminates the need for additional signal conditioning circuits. Optional filling with silicone oil or fluorinated oil makes it suitable for gauge pressure, negative pressure, and absolute pressure measurements of gases, liquids, and other media.
