
The DWPHZ high-precision pressure sensor is a pressure sensor assembly that incorporates a pressure-sensitive element into a pressure interface with standard or specific threads. It utilizes a highly stable monocrystalline silicon chip, where the measured pressure is transmitted to the chip through an isolation diaphragm and internal medium, achieving precise conversion from pressure to electrical signals. With an integrated transmitter output module design, it can directly output standard electrical signals such as 4~20mA, 0~10V, or RS485. It features temperature compensation and boasts an accuracy of up to 0.075%F.S, surpassing the standards of conventional industrial-grade sensors. No additional signal conditioning circuits are required. Its flexible structural design allows it to be used in applications similar to general-purpose products, suitable for the assembly and production of various pressure measurement products. It can be filled with silicone oil or fluorinated oil and is applicable for gauge pressure, negative pressure, and absolute pressure measurements of gases, liquids, and other media.
