It can reliably convert the measured pressure signal into a standard electrical signal ranging from 0-10V Dc or 4-20mA. working principle
The sensor's front-end diaphragm senses the process pressure and transmits it to the other side of the diaphragm; meanwhile, reference pressures (atmospheric pressure, sealed pressure, absolute pressure) act on the other side of the diaphragm. The pressure difference generates a stress field, which causes one side of the diaphragm to compress and the other side to stretch. Two strain resistors located in the compression zone and two strain resistors located in the stretching zone sense the pressure changes and induce resistance changes. These four resistors form a Wheatstone bridge, which converts the pressure signal into an electrical signal under the supply of a constant current source. This signal is then processed through a differential normalization amplifier, a power amplifier, and a voltage-to-current converter, becoming a standard output electrical signal that linearly corresponds to pressure.
